Shipping charges and delivery time varies for different destinations.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted. We will process and dispatch the order normally within 24h hours.
Please note, during sale your purchase may take longer to arrive.
The orders are handled with Posten and Bring. Estimated delivery time for adresses in Norway is 2-5 working days after order confirmation unless stated otherwise.
Orders are dispatched monday-friday within the opening hours of Posten.
Orders places during weekends and holidays will be processed next working day.
All shimpments are sent with a tracking number. You can at any time track your package at Posten.no
Packages that hasn’t been picked up at the local postoffice within the time limit will be charged with a fee of 150 NOK and will be sent back to the store.
We are not responsible for local import taxes and duties for deliveries outside of Norway.
For residents in Norway no extra cost will be charged.
Due to transport restrictions, we are unable to ship pressurised or flammable items outside of Norway at this time, as well as exotic leathers.

If you wish to return the item you just received, you can do so by simply put it back in its original containers and send it back within 14 days.
The product has to be unused, and in the same condition as when received.

When the goods are returned and accepted you will get reimbursed within 2-7 working days depending on your bank or card issuer.
If the item is returned after the time limit of 14 days the parcel will be sent back to you.
To return an item presupposes that the item is in perfect and unused condition. All original tags must be intact and attached to the garment.
Items with stains, scents or any other flaws will be seen as used and will not be accepted.
Underwear, swimwear and jewellery cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.
Shoes are to be retuned in original packing and containers. The shoe box should be wrapped in paper before return. Do not use the shoebox as a shipment container alone.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, you can place a new order in the webshop.
You will receive the order within 2-5 working days (Norway). You can also exchange the items in our store in Oslo.
